NOW HIRING – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

📍 Manassas Service Center

Kemper Carpet & Flooring is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure materials, crews, and schedules run efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role critical to the success of every installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Manage incoming and outgoing flooring materials
✔ Oversee warehouse organization and inventory control
✔ Coordinate with installers, sales team, and scheduling
✔ Ensure materials are staged, accurate, and ready for installation
✔ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

WHAT YOU BRING:
• At least 3 years of flooring warehouse experience
• Ability to operate a carpet/vinyl cutting machine
• Forklift experience required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accountability

👉 Communicate with installers, sales, service team, customers & builder PMs
👉 Keep projects organized and on track
🕒 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💰 $25–$30/hour
